THE OIL WELL PUMP: BARREL-TUBULAR-TYPE is study the API SPEC 11AX
and comply with other industry standard requirement GB/T 18607-2001 to produce and inspect accordingly.

1. PERFORMANCE AND CHARACTERTIC OF OIL WELL PUMP
A)Pump barrel: Material is 45 steel, the outer surface is dealt with high frequency quencher, the depth of hardening zone 1.2mm~1.8mm, hardness HRC 38-HRC 42; The inner surface is using alloying laser technology to form an isometric spiral hard zone the coverings rate of the hard zone ¡Ý50%, the depth of the hard zone>0.254mm, hardness of the hard zone HV0.1664-HV0.1889 (equivalent to HRC58-HR66); Corrosion resistance is excellent, through ageing stabilization treatment which results of reducing residual stress and pump sticking incidence. The length of pump sticking incidence. The length of pump barrel is 4.5-9m.

B) Plunger: Using spray welding technology, the outer surface contains special alloy metallurgy, the depth of spray ¡Ý0.254mm, the surface hardness HRC ¡Ý53, surface pore rate is low; Corrosion resistance is good. The plunger length is 1.2m.

C) Oil well pump: According to larger runner structure to design, the flowing area in the runner increased by 20%-40% compare to API standard, reduce the losses from the oil liquid flowing resistance. The inner pump barrel posses laser zone with spray weld plunger piston and outer surface form the microcrystalline mating surface, breakthrough the domestic and overseas technology, achieve high abrasion proof (abrasive pump diameter 0.01mm/annually/0.015mm/annually), high sealing and target high pump efficiency(60%-85%).
