The HY Model Super Long, Super Strength, High Anti-corrosion Polished Sucker Rod is using high quality alloy steel to produce. Hot forging the sucker rod head to augment the size of the rod pin and stress relief diameter and to make the head and body of the rod to have the uniform strength; The rod surface using super audio frequency induction quenching technique to increase the tensile strength and fatigue strength at one time; The polished rod surface is using grinding and buffing technique and the surface roughness reach Ra0. 2μm-0. 8μm and to match with the well head rubber seal to have the abrasive resistance capability; After using the polished rod, it can extend the life expectancy of the sealing ring 1~4 times, reduce oil leaking phenomena, environmental protection; A layer of protecting alloy coating on the polished rod before make use of variation magnetic field from high frequency induction coil to produce vortex flow to melt the coating on the rod surface. Thus the sucker rod has the character of strong binding force and abrasive resistance etc.
