Product Description
Another premium product by Nine-Ring. The unique of the polished rod is its "Upset" design rod end being enlarge. This allowed the pin connection and stress relief diameter increase significantly. Such design allowed the tensile strength of the rod end and the rod body to be match equivalently.

The nominal diameter of thread for all sizes of polished rod (1 inch, 1-1/8 inch and 1-1/4 inch) is standardized by 1-3/8 inch (34.9mm). Such standardized diameter of thread make convenience for the 1 inch polished rod joint directly with the 1 inch API sucker rod without using subcoupling for connection;
Higher abrasive resistance and corrosion resistance;
The surface of roughness for polished rod reach Ra ¡Ü0.8¦Ìm;
Extend the working life of the usage of the stuffing box by 1 ~ 4 times;
Reduce oil leaking and environmental protection.
